The Office of Community Standards and Inclusive Excellence has concluded its review of a formal complaint submitted to President Alan Garber regarding SPANSH 11, Introduction to the Spanish-speaking World II: Social, Cultural, and Sustainability Topics, and has determined that no further action is warranted.
The determination, issued following two separate reviews and one in-person meeting attended by two deans simultaneously, was informed by a comprehensive analysis of the course materials in question, conducted by the Committee on Pedagogical Resource Evaluation and Related Sensitivities.
